Community Organizer
(Hmong & Southeast Asian Culturally Focused Program)
Position: Full Time
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Overview: This is a shared position between SEAFN and TG with TG being the main employer with a physical office location in St Paul, MN.
The Community Organizer through SEAFN will provide logistical support, administrative coordination and frontline support to the Southeast Asian Relief and Responsibility (SEARR) Campaign. They will work closely with SEAFN Campaign Manager.
The Community Organizer through TG will work closely with the coordination team that includes multiple partners to implement the The Southeast Asian Defense Response Project. They must operate from a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and understand the systemic causes and impacts of poverty, the immigration and the criminal justice system. They will be part of a multi-discipline team providing short-term case management, delivering crisis intervention and emotional support, collaborating with community partners, providing outreach and education, and performing administrative duties that are necessary.

Queer Justice Coordinator
(Hmong & Southeast Asian Culturally Focused Program)
Position: Full Time
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Overview: The Queer Justice Coordinator works closely with the Executive Director to ensure excellent services, a positive work culture, and a sustainable organization, positioning Transforming Generations as a leader in the field of gender and queer justice work including domestic violence, sexual assault and anti-violence work. This position is responsible for implementing the Queer Justice Program workplan, Transforming Generations mission and vision alongside the Executive Director, including program planning & curriculum design, implementation, providing direct service, and coordinating with volunteers and interns as assigned.

Communications & Outreach Coordinator
(Hmong & Southeast Asian Culturally Focused Program)
Position: Full Time
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Overview: Communications & Outreach Coordinator will oversee and work closely with the team to communicate about activities that are happening within the organization to our external partners, constituents and stakeholders. The position will be responsible for coordinating aspects of communication - both internal and external, outreach and public relations in conjunction with the leadership team.
